Delivery Methods
Zero Limits offers an R 35-00 delivery fee to your nearest Post Office via Ordinary parcel post for all orders under R 500-00. This is our default delivery method, but there are other options available.
PLEASE NOTE All orders of Items In Stock that are placed today will only be processed and sent tomorrow. Delivery is generally within 5-7 working days within South Africa.
The following delivery methods are available to you:
- Ordinary Parcel Post:
- Standard flat rate R 35-00 (free over R 500-00 per order)
- Tracking Number will be provided
- Delivery made to the nearest Post Office as per delivery address
- Courier Parcel:
- Standard flat rate R 40-00 (Only Johannesburg & Pretoria)
- Tracking Number will be provided
- Door to Door delivery
Delivery Times
Zero Limits clothing stocks a majority of the products on our website, there are some items that are occasionally out of stock. Due to high volume, Zero Limits clothing does receive products throughout the week, so if there is a product you like, that we do not have readily available in stock, not to worry, we can have it sent out within 7-10 business days.
If your order is in stock, and your credit card is approved or your EFT confirmed, we will send your order, within 24hrs Monday through Friday. If you have more than one item on your order, and one of the items is out of stock, your order will be sent when all items are available, this order typically will take 7-10 days to fill, unless other arrangements have been requested. If sending separately, Zero Limits Clothing will send the out of stock item at our expense.
For all direct deposits or Cash, this first needs to be confirmed by the bank before any ordered items will be sent out. Cash Deposits will be sent out the following day.
Delays
Zero Limits clothing strive to deliver as fast as possible, but some things are not in our control. Zero Limits clothing will not take responsibility for delays by Delivery agents or any Bank confirmation that may occur. All our orders will be sent from our Store as soon as payment confirmation is received & the funds are reflected in our bank account. Zero Limits policy on missing postal items is such that we cannot be held repsonsible for postal tampering. Please discuss the option of insuring your order.

Zero Limits guarantee the quality of our garments, and satisfaction of your purchase.
If you are not happy with the garment you have purchased, or if it doesn’t fit, NO PROBLEMS, send it back and choose anything else displayed in our online store to the same value. No questions asked. If you don’t see anything else you like, then we will refund your money, excluding postage.
Our aim is to make sure that as a valued customer, you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's our guarantee.
Our Exchange Policy
Conditions of our Exchange Policy, as follows:
For any items or garments which do not fit properly Zero Limits will exchange the garments or provide a refund providing that:
- The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in it's original packaging.
Zero Limits will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we can not supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of the customers’ choice for the same value.

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
